The Second International Conference of Mathematics and its Applications will be held on the halls of the Oil Cultural Centre for the period 23-24 October. Prof. Dr. Saleem H. Al-Kutbi will deliver a lecture entitled " Mathematics between Culture and Reality". There are 79 participants from various Iraqi universities. In addition there are many invited foreigners professors.
